Als Senior Risk Specialist Non Financial Risk bij ASN Bank in Utrecht til jij het Non Financial Risk framework naar een hoger niveau. Met jouw expertise in issue-, incident- en quality management speel je een cruciale rol in het aantoonbaar in control zijn van onze bank.

Wat ga je doen? Als Senior Risk Specialist NFR bij ASN Bank ga je aan de slag binnen de Second Line NFR organisatie. Jij bent dé autoriteit op het gebied van issue- en incident management en control testing. Met een inside-out én outside-in perspectief vertaal je externe ontwikkelingen naar intern beleid en draag je bij aan een sterke risico- en controle bewustzijns cultuur. Je werkt nauw samen met management, riskmanagers en stakeholders vanuit de business.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Je definieert en bewaakt de testmethodologie voor de gehele bank en reviewt control testscripts en testresultaten op juistheid, volledigheid en tijdigheid.
  • Je beheert end-to-end het Incident & Issue proces: correcte registratie, classificatie en tijdige opvolging van maatregelen in lijn met risicobeleid en wet- en regelgeving.
  • Je bepaalt de enterprise testing strategie, inclusief een visie op continuous assurance en het actief managen van het volledige risicospectrum.
  • Je stuurt aan op innovatie en automatisering en bent eigenaar van de strategie voor risico testing, inclusief data-analyse en AI-toepassingen voor continuous testing.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt de testing functie richting senior leadership en communiceert testuitkomsten intern én extern waar nodig.

Het NFR Issue, Incident en Quality Management Team is een relatief nieuw team binnen de Second Line NFR organisatie, met een grote opdracht: het NFR framework naar een hoger niveau tillen. We werken in een open cultuur waarin samenwerking, eerlijke feedback en eigenaarschap centraal staan. Je werkt vanuit ons kantoor in Utrecht, met ruimte voor hybride werken.

Wat breng jij mee?

Jij bent een daadkrachtige en resultaatgerichte professional die objectiviteit handhaaft onder druk en complexe vraagstukken oplost vanuit een organisatiebrede blik. Je combineert diepgaande inhoudelijke kennis met het vermogen om met impact te communiceren op alle niveaus van business tot auditcommissie en weet collega's en stakeholders mee te nemen in verandering.

Verder heb je:

  • HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau
  • Minimaal 8-10 jaar relevante NFR-werkervaring binnen een (retail) bank
  • Expert-niveau kennis van Issue-, Incident- en Control Testing, Risk Assessments en testmethodologie
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met data-gedreven testing, dashboarding en/of AI-toepassingen binnen risk
  • Ruime ervaring in communiceren met en rapporteren aan senior management en toezichthouders

Wat krijg je van ons?

Deze functie valt in schaal 11, met een bijpassend bruto maandsalaris van € 5.946,- en € 7.928,- (op basis van 36 uur per week). En dit krijg je ook van ons:

  • Een flexibel in te delen 36-urige werkweek, zoals 4x9 en thuiswerken
  • Vakantiegeld en een 13e maand, op een moment dat het jou goed uitkomt
  • Op basis van een fulltime dienstverband: 208,8 verlofuren per jaar
  • Een goede collectieve pensioenregeling
  • € 750,- per jaar om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen (te sparen tot € 3.000,-)
  • Elke 5 jaar € 900,- om je thuiswerkplek op orde te maken
  • Een NS-Business Card en een kilometervergoeding als je op de fiets komt
