Voor de afdeling Legal zoekt ASN Bank een enthousiaste student-stagiair!

De afdeling Legal biedt jou een uitgelezen kans om uitgebreid met de werkzaamheden van een bedrijfsjurist bij een Nederlandse bank kennis te maken. Als student-stagiair word je betrokken bij de verschillende zaken van onze juristen. Je schrijft adviezen voor de juristen, denkt mee over vragen vanuit de organisatie, adviseert over klachtenafhandeling en processtukken of beoordeelt juridische documentatie. Daarnaast woon je besprekingen en eventueel zittingen bij en draai je mee met interne bijeenkomsten zoals teamoverleg, jurisprudentiebesprekingen en kennisbijeenkomsten.

Hier kom je te werken Je maakt deel uit van de juridische afdeling, met zo’n 45 juristen, verdeeld over verschillende teams. De juridische afdeling verleent haar diensten aan de gehele bank. De afdeling adviseert de business over alle voorkomende vragen, voert rechtszaken en ondersteunt bij de implementatie van wet- en regelgeving. De afdeling bestaat uit de teams Corporate Affairs & Labour Law, Finance & Litigation en Retail. Als student-stagiair zul je werkzaamheden gaan verrichten voor meerdere teams. De begeleiding zal plaatsvinden door iemand vanuit één van deze teams. Naast het werk is er uiteraard ook veel aandacht voor sociale activiteiten met elkaar.

Jouw kwaliteiten:

  • Je volgt een wo-opleiding rechten en bent bezig met je Master zoals financieel recht, ondernemingsrecht of privaatrecht.
  • Je hebt in ieder geval affiniteit met financieel recht en interesse in financiële dienstverlening.
  • Je hebt een hoge inzet en betrokkenheid.
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen.
  • Je vindt het leuk om vaktechnische vragen uit te zoeken en kunt daarbij ook “out of the box” denken om tot de voor ASN Bank gewenste oplossing te komen.
  • Je hebt aantoonbaar affiniteit met AI.
  • Je bent gericht op samenwerking, goede communicatie en oplossingen.

Bijzonderheden Wij bieden vanaf september een stageplaats aan. De stageperiode betreft tenminste drie maanden. Het aantal uren betreft 32 uur per week. Minder uren is niet mogelijk. Werkdagen zijn van maandag t/m donderdag op ons kantoor in Utrecht. De startdatum is in overleg.

  • Een stagevergoeding van € 533,33 bruto per maand op basis van 32 uur.
  • Een uitdagende stageplek om je netwerk te verbreden.
  • Veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief, een stimulerende werkomgeving en gelegenheid om voorbij de grenzen van je stageopdracht te kijken.
  • Indien nodig krijg je een NS Business Card voor woon-werkverkeer (handig als je bijvoorbeeld Weekend OV hebt).
  • Begeleiding zal plaatsvinden door iemand vanuit één van de teams.
