サーバーサイドエンジニアとして、まずはPHP/Laravelを用いた実装を担当。ゆくゆくは要件定義やサービス全体の設計などの上流工程なども担っていただけるリードエンジニアを目指せるポジションで、マネージャーへの転向も可能。

具体的な業務内容 ・サーバーサイドエンジニアとしての開発業務 ・場合によって、インフラ・フロントエンドの開発業務 ・PJメンバーのコードレビュー ・PJ進行に即した技術上の調査、及び提案のためのPoC実施と評価 ・DB設計やアーキテクチャ設計 ・要件定義・基本設計の補佐

必須要件 ・Webアプリケーションの開発実務経験1年以上 ・実務におけるデータベース設計の経験 ・Docker等のコンテナ仮想化技術を用いた開発経験

・ソフトウェア開発やエンジニアリングに対する情熱 ・クライアントのMVVに共感できる ・コミュニケーション能力が高く社内外のステークホルダーと折衝調整ができる ・チームとして協調性をもって業務できる

・日本語がネイティブでない場合N1レベル

歓迎経験 ・PHP / Laravel を用いた開発実務経験 ・複数種類の 言語 / FW を用いたWebアプリケーションの開発経験 ・TypeScript と React.js / Vue.js を用いたフロントエンド領域の開発経験 ・要件定義・基本設計を含めた上流工程の経験 ・ネイティブアプリ開発におけるバックエンド開発経験 ・AWSを利用した環境構築経験 ・SQL/DBパフォーマンスチューニングの経験 ・エンジニア育成・マネジメントの経験 ・OSSへのコミット経験 ・DDDなどの設計手法や、TDDといった開発手法に関する知見がある方 ・クリーンアーキテクチャやレイヤードアーキテクチャ、オニオンアーキテクチャなどのソフトウェアアーキテクチャに関する知見がある方
