[Client] A Global Indian ICT Service Company based in Tokyo 

[Nature of Job] Network-related technical support to end clients/ users

[Company Size] Mid size (~250 employees), more than 25 years in business in Japan 

[Employent Type] Permanent/ Full Time 

[Salary Range] 5 - 10 million JPY yearly (annual salary package, bonus/ incentive inclusive) 

[Work Location] Onsite /end-client office work in central Tokyo. Subject to change depending on the situation. Walk-in distance from the nearest station.

[Work Hours] 8 hours per day (9AM - 6PM with 1 hour break, it may shift slightly) 

[Team Structure] Global tech service client, local and global business team

[Eligibility] Relevant work experience, bilingual (business level of English, and native level of either Japanese, Korean or Mandarin). Eligible to work in Japan full time as an engineer at the time of application

General Job Description and Experience Needed:

Support users (clients) on network related technical issues to help with resolution in either Japanese, Mandarin, or Korean (native level fluency required)

Excellent troubleshooting/ communication skills

電話、メール、チャットなどによる技術サポートへの問合せの対応、診断、解決および追跡 SLOに定める応答所要時間および解決時間の順守 高い顧客満足度スコアの維持、および案件の9割での品質基準の順守 他の技術サポート担当者に対する既存システムやツールを通じた助言やサポート 既存のトラブルシューティングツールとテクニックを用いた問合せ案件に関する根本原因の解明と評価の実施 内部で分類のためのクエリを実施、各カテゴリの問題と予防策を文書化、さらに遡及分析できるようにする 顧客の問題報告の業務への影響の把握、社内の問題の優先順位化ガイドラインの順守、各顧客レポートの優先順位の根拠の提供 事後のプロダクトエンジニアリングチームへの問題レポート提出、文書化や手順の構築、再生のための望ましい動作および/または手順の文書化、複雑な製品バグのコードレベルの解決方法の提案、バグ解決におけるエンジニアの補佐、業務側の要望に応じたコミュニティー管理タスクの遂行 顧客特有のアーキテクチャ設計の要件が絡む案件の引き受け、特定の製品（または製品機能のサブセット） 限定ソリューションの提供 最上層の顧客に対するハイタッチ対応、顧客の喫緊の課題を深く理解し、プロダクトエンジニアとプログラムマネージャーと共に率先して対応 プロジェクトのスケジュール順守およびリリース 成果物の作成 設計/コードの問題のデバッグおよび根本原因の特定  IT/コンピューターサイエンス関連分野の学位 IT業界でのサポートエンジニアとしての経験6年以上、およびネットワーク業務の経験 企業向け製品サポート経験 GCP IaaS サービスおよびGCP製品または関連クラウドプラットフォームのネットワーキングサービスに関する知識 GCP Networkサービス（VPC、リソースマネジャー、スタックドライバー、Cloud CDN、Cloud IAMおよびロードバランサー）のトラブルシューティングおよびサポート経験 何らかの標準Webサーバーや関連フレームワークに関する基礎的な経験 JavaおよびPythonのコアフレームワークを使ったRESTFULL Web APIの基礎的なサポート経験+3年以上 Unix/Linuxプラットフォーム、コマンドライン、シェルスクリプトの経験 アルゴリズムとデータ構造の十分な知識とコーディング経験 システムデザイン/スケーリングに関する知識必須 インフラストラクチャ・アプリケーションのテスト経験必須 ネットワークプロトコルとトラブルシューティングに精通していること ロードバランサー、ルーター、スイッチなどのネットワークに関するトラブルシューティングや設計の経験 歓迎スキル GCP IaaSサービスおよびGCP製品の知識 AWS、Azure、IBM SoftLayer、Rackspace、Private Cloudsなど他のクラウドサービスでの職務経験 Google Cloud認定資格 (GCP) 歓迎 日本語、韓国語、中国語いずれかネイティブレベル、優れたコミュニケーション能力
