If you're currently working in roofing sales, storm restoration, exterior remodeling, or another home improvement company, you already understand the industry. You know the customer conversations, the importance of follow-up, and what it takes to move a project from an initial inspection to a closed sale.

We're not looking to teach you how to sell from scratch. We're looking for someone who already knows the industry and is ready to put that experience to work.

OFFICE LOCATION

Report To Office:

3055 Lexington Rd, Unit B Nicholasville, KY 40356

Hiring throughout the Lexington area, including surrounding communities.

Important:

This position services the Lexington, KY market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and required office-based business activities are based out of our Nicholasville, KY office. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to this office as required.

JOB SNAPSHOT

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: $70,000–$200,000+

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

Travel: Local travel throughout the Lexington market

Experience: Roofing or exterior restoration sales experience required

What You’ll Do

  • Meet with homeowners to assess roofing and exterior restoration needs.
  • Conduct property inspections and identify potential project opportunities.
  • Build customer relationships and establish trust throughout the sales process.
  • Present roofing and exterior restoration solutions based on customer needs.
  • Explain project recommendations and next steps clearly and professionally.
  • Manage customer relationships from the initial appointment through project completion.
  • Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Follow up consistently, handle objections, and move qualified opportunities toward closing.
  • Use company-provided technology to document customer and project information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support a successful customer experience.
  • Represent Aspen Contracting professionally and uphold our commitment to Doing the Right Thing.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for experienced roofing sales professionals who can bring industry knowledge, sales ability, and a results-driven mindset to the team.

You may be a strong fit if you:

  • Have direct experience selling roofing or exterior restoration services.
  • Understand residential roofing projects and the homeowner sales process.
  • Have experience conducting property inspections and identifying project opportunities.
  • Know how to build rapport, establish trust, and communicate recommendations.
  • Are comfortable presenting solutions, handling objections, and closing sales.
  • Understand pipeline management and the importance of consistent follow-up.
  • Take ownership of your customer relationships and sales results.
  • Work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • Are professional, dependable, and customer-focused.
  • Are motivated by performance and uncapped earning potential.

  • Residential roofing sales
  • Storm restoration
  • Insurance restoration sales
  • Exterior remodeling
  • Siding and gutter sales
  • Roofing inspection and sales
  • D2D roofing sales
  • Home improvement sales

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Previous roofing or exterior restoration sales experience required.
  • Experience with residential roofing sales strongly preferred.
  • Experience conducting property inspections and managing sales opportunities preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned market.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently in the field.
  • Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet and company-provided technology.
  • Must be able to reliably commute to the Nicholasville, KY reporting office for required training, meetings, and business activities.

  • $70,000–$200,000+ earning potential.
