Assistant-e en soins et santé communautaire (ASSC) finalistes 2026

CDD 1 an

Votre mission :

  • prodiguer des soins de qualité en partenariat avec la personne soignée et son entourage, dans le respect de la philosophie de soins en vigueur
  • appliquer et contrôler les prescriptions en matière d'hygiène, de nettoyage, de maintenance et de stockage
  • assurer les commandes et la gestion des stocks
  • assurer et favoriser la collaboration interdisciplinaire et y participer activement tant au sein de l’équipe qu’avec l’ensemble des membres de l’établissement
  • participer à la mise en œuvre du projet thérapeutique du patient ou de la patiente, en collaboration étroite avec le patient et l’équipe interdisciplinaire
  • participer activement au bon fonctionnement du service en proposant des mesures d’amélioration
  • travailler en binôme avec l’infirmier-ère

Votre profil :

  • certificat fédéral de capacité (CFC) d'assistant-e en soins et santé communautaire
  • maîtrise de la langue française ou allemande, avec de bonnes connaissances de l'autre langue
  • sens de l’organisation et de la communication
  • maîtrise des outils informatiques
  • autonomie, flexibilité, fiabilité et résistance au stress
  • ouverture face au changement
  • esprit de solidarité

Entrée en fonction : 1er août 2026 ou date à convenir

Aufgaben

  • Sie erbringen eine qualitativ hochstehende Pflege in Zusammenarbeit mit der betreuten Person und ihrem Umfeld, wobei Sie das geltende Pflegeleitbild berücksichtigen.
  • Sie kontrollieren die Anwendung der Vorschriften hinsichtlich Hygiene, Reinigung, Unterhalt und Lagerung und wenden sie selbst an.
  • Sie verwalten die Vorräte und Bestellungen.
  • Sie gewährleisten und fördern die fachübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und beteiligen sich aktiv daran, sowohl auf Team- wie auf Spitalebene.
  • Sie helfen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem interdisziplinären Team und der betreuten Person, die individuelle Pflegeplanung umzusetzen.
  • Sie wirken aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung mit und bringen Verbesserungsvorschläge ein.
  • Sie arbeiten im Zweierteam mit einer Pflegefachperson.

Profil

  • EFZ als Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit (FaGe)
  • Deutsch oder Französisch mit guten Kenntnissen der anderen Sprache
  • Organisationsvermögen und Kommunikationsgeschick
  • Beherrschen der gängigen Informatikprogramme
  • Selbstständigkeit, Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Offenheit für Veränderungen
  • Solidarisches Verhalten

Stellenantritt: 1. August 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung
