Bachelors finalistes 2026 en soins infirmiers

CDD 1 an

Votre mission :

  • prodiguer des soins de qualité en partenariat avec la personne soignée et son entourage, dans le respect des règles déontologiques et des valeurs éthiques
  • favoriser la collaboration interdisciplinaire et y participer activement tant au sein de l’équipe qu’avec l’ensemble des collaborateurs de l’établissement
  • évaluer ses prestations et effectuer les ajustements nécessaires en visant une constante amélioration de ses interventions
  • placer les intérêts du patients et son entourage au centre des préoccupations soignantes
  • encadrer, soutenir et conseiller les nouveaux membres de l’équipe ainsi que les personnes en formation et les étudiant-e-s
  • participer au développement du service
  • assurer la sécurité des patients

Votre profil :

  • diplôme en soins infirmiers
  • maîtrise de la langue française ou allemande avec de bonnes connaissances de l'autre langue
  • maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels
  • aptitude à travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire
  • autonomie, sens des responsabilités
  • sens de l'organisation et de la communication
  • esprit dynamique, constructif et innovatif
  • esprit de solidarité
  • ouverture face au changement et capacité d’information

Entrée en fonction : 1er septembre 2026 ou à convenir

  • Sie erbringen eine qualitativ hochstehende Pflege in Zusammenarbeit mit der betreuten Person und ihrem Umfeld, wobei Sie die Standesregeln und ethischen Werte berücksichtigen.
  • Sie fördern die fachübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und beteiligen sich aktiv daran, sowohl auf Team- wie auf Spitalebene.
  • Sie beurteilen Ihre Leistung und passen sie im Sinne einer kontinuierlichen Qualitätsverbesserung an.
  • Sie stellen das Interesse der Patientinnen und Patienten und ihres Umfelds in den Mittelpunkt Ihrer Pflege.
  • Sie betreuen, unterstützen und beraten neue Teammitglieder, Auszubildende und Studierende.
  • Sie wirken an der Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung mit.
  • Sie gewährleisten die Sicherheit der Patientinnen und Patienten.

Profil

  • Dipl. Pflegefachperson
  • Deutsch oder Französisch mit guten Kenntnissen der anderen Sprache
  • Beherrschen der gängigen Informatikprogramme
  • Fähigkeit zur Mitarbeit in einem interdisziplinären Team
  • Selbstständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Organisationsvermögen und Kommunikationsgeschick
  • Dynamik, konstruktive und innovative Einstellung
  • Solidarisches Verhalten
  • Offenheit für Veränderungen, proaktive Informationsbeschaffung
