OM TJÄNSTEN

Som jourtekniker bemannar du en av våra servicebilar och rycker ut när våra kunder får akuta problem, både på vägen och i hemmet.

På vägen avhjälper du akuta fel på plats, till exempel starthjälp, punkteringar, drivmedelsbrist och låsöppning.

I hemmet är ditt uppdrag att snabbt lokalisera felet och stoppa vidare skadeutveckling, till exempel vid okontrollerat utflöde av vatten, avloppsstopp som leder till läckage, totalt strömavbrott, utebliven uppvärmning under vintern eller trasiga fönster som behöver tätas.

Som jourtekniker hos oss möter du varje dag människor som är i behov av hjälp, ofta i en stressig situation. Vi ser därför att du är serviceminded och sympatisk, med god förmåga att hjälpa människor på ett lugnt och ansvarsfullt sätt. Eftersom alla våra medarbetare är ambassadörer för Assistansbolaget sätter vi stor vikt vid din personlighet. Du arbetar självständigt med dina uppdrag men är en del av ett dedikerat och professionellt team.

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet som hantverkare, fastighetsskötare eller likvärdig erfarenhet. Du är van att felsöka och lösa praktiska problem på egen hand. Som person är du teknikintresserad, gillar fordon och har hög digital kompetens

Du kommer uteslutande att arbeta med den senaste tekniken när du utför dina uppdrag – ett helt nytt digitalt ekosystem där allt sker digitalt, kundvänligt och enkelt. Vår höga förändringstakt kräver att du är förändringsbenägen, handlingskraftig och att du motiveras av att ge god kundservice.

KRAV PÅ ERFARENHET OCH KOMPETENS

• Erfarenhet som hantverkare, fastighetsskötare eller likvärdig erfarenhet

• Körkortsbehörighet B

• Intresserad av teknik och har en hög digital kompetens

• Serviceinriktad, ansvarsfull och stresstålig

• Trivs med att arbeta självständigt men att vara en del av ett team

• God svenska i tal och skrift

• God förståelse för engelska

MERITERANDE

• Körkortsbehörighet C och YKB

• Goda fordonskunskaper, till exempel från arbete som mekaniker eller bärgare

• Elbehörighet eller VVS-utbildning
