Om oss Assistansbolaget är marknadsledande inom vägassistansförsäkringar med över 300 000 kunder i Sverige och en egen rikstäckande bärgningsorganisation. Vi växer och söker nu en erfaren redovisningsansvarig som vill ta ett helhetsgrepp om bolagets redovisning och utveckla den i takt med verksamheten.

Om rollen Som redovisningsansvarig har du ett helhetsansvar för den operativa redovisningen. Du är en central del av redovisningsprocessen, från fakturering och avstämningar till bokslut, årsredovisning och rapportering. Du rapporterar till vår CFO och ingår i finansteamet, där du blir en viktig kugge i det löpande arbetet och i utvecklingen av våra ekonomiprocesser.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

  • Löpande redovisning och avstämningar
  • Avstämning av kund- och leverantörsreskontra
  • Skatte- och momsredovisning
  • Ansvar för månads-, kvartals- och årsbokslut
  • Analys och upprättande av månadsrapporter
  • Upprättande av årsredovisningar
  • Förbättring av interna arbetsprocesser, digitalisering av arbetsuppgifter och optimering av flöden
  • Kontakt med myndigheter och revisorer
  • Delaktighet i budget- och prognosarbetet

Vi söker dig som

  • Har minst fem års relevant erfarenhet av liknande arbetsuppgifter och ansvar
  • Har självständigt ansvarat för bokslut och upprättat årsredovisningar
  • Har god kunskap om svensk redovisningslagstiftning, skatte- och momsregler samt K2/K3/IFRS
  • Har eftergymnasial utbildning inom ekonomi, gärna med inriktning mot redovisning, eller motsvarande erfarenhet
  • Är van vid moderna affärs- och redovisningssystem och har god Excelvana
  • Uttrycker dig väl på svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift

Som person är du självgående och tar ett tydligt ägarskap för ditt ansvarsområde. Du är noggrann, strukturerad och har ett analytiskt förhållningssätt. Du drivs av att förbättra och effektivisera processer och ser möjligheter i digitalisering. Samtidigt är du en lagspelare som trivs i nära samarbete med kollegor, revisorer och andra intressenter.
