Je komt terecht binnen een internationale organisatie actief in de mobiliteitssector in regio Brussel. De finance-afdeling ondersteunt verschillende Europese markten en zet sterk in op efficiëntie, digitalisering en continue verbetering van financiële processen.

Als AR accountant neem je een sleutelpositie in tussen finance, customer service en klanten. Je combineert operationele opvolging met analyse en krijgt de kans om actief mee te werken aan de verdere optimalisatie van het order-to-cash proces.

AR accountant - Job omschrijving

  • Je beheert een accounts receivable portefeuille en zorgt voor een tijdige opvolging van openstaande facturen, betalingsafspraken en klantenrekeningen.
  • Je voert reconciliaties en analyses uit op klantensaldi, onderzoekt verschillen en werkt samen met interne afdelingen om betwistingen of openstaande issues efficiënt op te lossen.
  • Je monitort het betalingsgedrag van klanten, rapporteert over achterstallige vorderingen en draagt bij aan verbeteringen binnen het credit- en cashflowbeheer.

AR accountant - Profiel

  • Je beschikt over enkele jaren ervaring binnen accounts receivable, credit control, customer accounting of een vergelijkbare financiële functie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands, Frans en Engels en bouwt professioneel relaties uit met zowel klanten als interne stakeholders.
  • Je combineert een analytische mindset met een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde aanpak en behoudt moeiteloos overzicht over een brede klantenportefeuille.
