Als Teamleader Productie zorg je ervoor dat een ploeg efficiënt, veilig en kwaliteitsgericht presteert, terwijl je tegelijk snel schakelt bij technische of operationele uitdagingen. Deze functie bevindt zich binnen een internationale industriële productieomgeving die actief is in de verwerking van kunststoffen via geavanceerde extrusieprocessen. De site werkt in een volcontinu systeem met sterk geautomatiseerde productielijnen waar processtabiliteit, rendement en kwaliteit dagelijks centraal staan. Als Teamleader Productie ben je de schakel tussen productiemanagement en de werkvloer. Je combineert leiderschap met technisch inzicht en bewaakt zowel de prestaties van het team als de continuïteit van het productieproces. Teamleader Productie - Functieomschrijving:

  • Je stuurt een ploeg operators aan, verdeelt de werkzaamheden efficiënt en creëert een omgeving waarin veiligheid en samenwerking vanzelfsprekend zijn.
  • Je bewaakt dagelijks productieprestaties, analyseert afwijkingen in kwaliteit, rendement of output en neemt samen met betrokken diensten de juiste acties om resultaten te verbeteren.
  • Je fungeert als operationeel aanspreekpunt bij technische storingen, procesproblemen en ploegoverdrachten, en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie tussen productie, onderhoud en andere afdelingen.

Teamleader Productie - Profiel:

  • Je combineert leidinggevende ervaring met een sterke affiniteit voor technische productieomgevingen en procesgestuurde activiteiten.
  • Je behoudt overzicht onder druk, neemt doordachte beslissingen en toont een uitgesproken probleemoplossend vermogen op de werkvloer.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelorniveau door opleiding of ervaring en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring binnen extrusie, kunststofverwerking, verpakking, chemie, voeding of een andere procesindustrie.
