Onze klant is een van de grootste industriële bakkerijen in België. Al meer dan 70 jaar bakken ze brood en patisserie, die ze verkopen zowel in België als aan internationale klanten. Ze hebben vier verschillende sites, zowel in Lokeren als Zele.

Jobomschrijving

Is een functie waar jij verantwoordelijk bent voor het brood dat op de plank van duizenden mensen terecht komt jou op het lijf geschreven? Zoek je een uitdagende functie waar je elke dag voor een nieuwe uitdaging komt te staan? Een team aansturen, dat is helemaal jouw ding? Dan ben jij misschien wel de teamleader die wij zoeken!

Als teamleader van de productieafdeling zal jij instaan voor het aansturen van een team van productiemedewerkers. Elke dag zal er anders uitzien, zo zal je je onder andere bezig houden met:

  • Het coachen, ondersteunen en aansturen van verschillende medewerkers.
  • De dagelijkse activiteiten coördineren, organiseren en opvolgen.
  • Meedenken aan manieren om het productieproces te verbeteren.
  • Zorgen dat het productieproces zo efficiënt mogelijk verloopt, waarbij de kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid steeds worden gewaarborgd.
  • Wanneer er zich kleine storingen of pannes voordoen, ga je deze in samenwerking met de technische dienst analyseren en oplossen.
  • Je rapporteert direct aan de productieverantwoordelijke.
  • Je bent een echte team player, uit samenwerken met collega's haal jij jouw energie.
  • Een eerste ervaring als leidinggevende is mooi meegenomen, ook ervaring in de productieomgeving is een plus.
  • Je beschikt over het nodige technisch inzicht: hoe een productielijn werkt is jou niet onbekend, of je leert hier graag meer over.
  • In ploegen en in het weekend werken vormt voor jou geen enkel probleem.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
