Aufträge, Lieferungen, kurzfristige Änderungen: Du behältst die Details im Blick und findest Lösungen. Werde Teil unseres internationalen B2B-Teams und bringe auch komplexe Kundenanfragen voran.

Deine Aufgaben

Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere internationalen B2B-Kunden. Du sorgst dafür, dass Aufträge reibungslos abgewickelt werden, pflegst langfristige Kundenbeziehungen und arbeitest eng mit internen Teams zusammen, um Anliegen zu klären und Kunden auf dem Laufenden zu halten. Reklamationen & Problemlösung

  • Du bearbeitest Reklamationen zu Produktqualität, Retouren, Lieferfehlern oder verlorener Ware.
  • Bei Lieferverzögerungen oder falsch gelieferten Artikeln schlägst Du, sofern passend und im Rahmen unserer Unternehmensrichtlinien, Preisnachlässe vor, um eine Retoure oder vollständige Gutschrift zu vermeiden.

Auftragsmanagement

  • Du prüfst und überwachst Preise, Liefertermine, Adressen, Etiketten, Berechnungen und Mengen nach Auftragseingang sowie im Rahmen der Auftragsklärung.
  • Du bearbeitest Änderungen an Auftragsbestätigungen sowie neue Aufträge und Ersatzbestellungen.
  • Du verfolgst den Produktionsstatus und informierst Kunden regelmäßig über den Fortschritt ihrer Aufträge.
  • Du prüfst die Warenzuordnung und Liefertermine und passt Aufträge bei Bedarf an.
  • Du koordinierst Lieferungen für Kunden mit Vorauszahlung.

Logistik & Lieferung

  • Du stellst Sendungsverfolgungsdaten und Zustellnachweise bereit und kümmerst Dich um Probleme bei der Lieferung.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Klärung verweigerter Warenannahmen und weiterer logistischer Fragen.
  • Du planst und koordinierst vorab terminierte Lieferungen mit Key Accounts.

Zahlungen & Rechnungsstellung

  • Du fasst bei offenen oder teilweise bezahlten Rechnungen nach und prüfst Mahnvorschläge.
  • Du erstellst Proformarechnungen für Anzahlungen von 20 % und Restzahlungen von 80 %.
  • Du klärst Fragen zu Zahlungen und Rechnungen gemeinsam mit Kunden und internen Teams.

Reporting & Abstimmung

  • Du pflegst Berichte, Statuslisten und Datenübersichten, die von Handelsvertretern oder dem Area Management benötigt werden.
  • Du dokumentierst Sondervereinbarungen mit Key Accounts und hältst sie aktuell.
  • Du bist eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen dem Backoffice und anderen Abteilungen.

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst Erfahrung im B2B-Kundenservice, Vertriebsinnendienst, Auftragsmanagement oder einem ähnlichen Bereich mit – idealerweise in der Betreuung internationaler Kunden.
  • Du behältst auch dann den Überblick, wenn mehrere Aufträge und Kundenanfragen gleichzeitig anstehen, und achtest auf die Details.
  • Du kommunizierst klar und professionell, auch bei Reklamationen oder in schwierigen Gesprächen.
  • Du arbeitest gern mit verschiedenen Teams zusammen und fasst nach, damit Themen vorankommen.
  • Du gehst sicher mit Excel sowie mit Auftragsmanagement- oder ERP-Systemen um.
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für offene Themen und findest praxisnahe Lösungen.
  • Du verfügst über gute berufliche Kenntnisse in Englisch und einer der folgenden Sprachen: Deutsch, Ungarisch, Italienisch, Französisch oder Russisch.
