Deine Aufgaben

  • HR-Administration: Betreuung und Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeitenden während des gesamten Employee Lifecycles – von der Vertragserstellung und -verwaltung über das Onboarding und Offboarding bis hin zur Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen und weiteren personalrelevanten Dokumenten
  • Beratung von Mitarbeitenden & Führungskräften: Vertrauensvolle Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen sowie Unterstützung im operativen HR-Tagesgeschäft
  • Recruiting: Unterstützung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses – von der Koordination des Bewerbermanagements über die Durchführung von Interviews bis hin zur Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern
  • HR-Prozesse & Projekte: Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von HR-Prozessen sowie aktive Beteiligung an der Planung und Umsetzung verschiedener HR-Projekte
  • Arbeitsrecht & Compliance: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher Vorgaben sowie interner Richtlinien und Prozesse unter Berücksichtigung von Compliance-Standards und HR-Best Practices.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet bzw. eine gleichwertige Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Human-Resources-Umfeld, idealerweise als HR-Generalist, HR-Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren Position.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht sowie ein gutes Verständnis der zentralen HR-Prozesse.
  • Ausgeprägte Eigenverantwortung, eine strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine proaktive und lösungsorientierte Denkweise.
  • Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften auf allen Ebenen aufzubauen.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
