Sobre a vaga

A Astra Energia está formando seu time de Customer Success & Experiencia e busca um profissional para ser o ponto de contato entre a empresa e seus clientes — sejam pessoas físicas ou empresas. Você vai atuar tanto na jornada de sucesso (garantindo que o cliente alcance seus objetivos com nossos produtos) quanto na experiência (monitorando satisfação, coletando feedbacks e contribuindo com melhorias nos processos de atendimento).

Responsabilidades

  • Acompanhar a jornada do cliente desde o onboarding até a retenção, identificando riscos de churn e oportunidades de expansão
  • Realizar follow-ups proativos com clientes B2B e B2C por telefone, e-mail e WhatsApp
  • Registrar e atualizar interações no CRM, mantendo histórico e dados de saúde do cliente organizados
  • Monitorar indicadores de satisfação, e reportar insights para o time
  • Apoiar na estruturação e melhoria de cadências de atendimento e relacionamento
  • Colaborar com as áreas de vendas, produto e operações para resolver problemas e melhorar a experiência do cliente

Requisitos

  • Boa comunicação escrita e verbal
  • Organização e atenção a detalhes
  • Facilidade para lidar com pessoas e situações diversas
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas digitais (planilhas, CRM básico, WhatsApp Business)
  • Interesse genuíno por atendimento ao cliente e melhoria de processos

Diferenciais

  • Experiência anterior em atendimento, vendas ou suporte (mesmo que informal)
  • Conhecimento de métricas de CS/CX (NPS, CSAT, churn, LTV)
  • Contato com CRM;
