Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Responsável por todos os assuntos tributários da empresa, incluindo impostos indiretos e diretos, preços de transferência, abrangendo desde o compliance até o planejamento tributário - estratégico
  • Liderança de uma equipe de 6 pessoas
  • Principal responsável por garantir que todos os sistemas corporativos sejam compatíveis com nossos requisitos fiscais-tributários e suporte na configuração quando necessário.
  • Apoio a auditorias (internas / externas)
  • Atendimento de auditorias fiscais
  • Assegurar nível satisfatório de conformidade fiscal no complexo ambiente fiscal brasileiro e de conciliações contábeis de contas tributárias
  • Atuação como busines partner, sendo capaz de construir uma ponte entre o técnico e o negócio, apoiando e pro-ativamente buscando oportunidades, através de oferecimento de insights e ferramentas
  • Garantir que os Impostos sejam apurados e recolhidos com as regras legais aplicáveis, e seguindo com as conferências e validações internas através de Sistema, buscando também que as aprovações internas sejam realizadas
  • Desenvolver todos os cálculos para atendimento da Legislação de Preço de Transferência, realizando a submissão a Tax Global e através de procedimentos internos e aprovações dentro das Políticas definidas, buscando maior eficiência tributária no cálculo.

Pré-Requisitos:

  • Formação Superior Completa;
  • Inglês avançado/Fluente;
  • Conhecimento sólido e experiência na legislação e regras tributárias brasileiras, de preferência com experiência no mercado farmacêutico.
  • Desejável experiência com sistema SAP;
  • Atuação anterior com Gestão de Pessoas
  • Excel avançado
