Atribuições: Responsável pelas rotinas administrativas, operacional e financeiras da filial, gestão orçamentária, faturamento, contas a pagar, contas a receber, emissão de nota fiscal, entrada de nota fiscal, cobrança a inadimplentes, compras. Gestão de estoque e inventário, logística. Gestão de equipes. Negociação com clientes, fornecedores e setores internos.

Necessário: Experiência na área administrativa e financeira e gestão de equipe. Excel intermediário e ERP Contábil (preferencialmente Protheus). Conhecimentos fiscais básicos (CFOP, CST, NCM) e Departamento Pessoal (cálculo de férias, 13º, fgts, descontos de inss, vt, alimentação, etc). Possuir CNH Categoria B. Habilidade de negociação. Bom relacionamento interpessoal.

Serão diferenciais: Experiência no ramo de locação de bens móveis e/ou no segmento de construção civil. Espanhol Intermediário. Vivência no uso de IA para fins profissionais.

Escolaridade: Ensino Superior completo em Administração de Empresas. Desejável Pós-graduação em Finanças ou Logística.

Local de trabalho: Salvador/BA
