Ihre Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest einen eigenen Kundenstamm – von Enterprise-Accounts bis zu strategisch wichtigen Schlüsselkunden – über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg.
  • Du steuerst Onboarding, Adoption und Erfolgsmessung deiner Kunden eigenständig und entwickelst individuelle Success-Pläne.
  • Du sicherst Renewals, identifizierst Up- und Cross-Selling-Potenziale und treibst die Reduktion von Churn aktiv voran.
  • Du agierst als vertrauensvoller Sparringspartner auf Augenhöhe – fachlich rund um GRC-Frameworks wie ISO 27001, NIS2 oder DORA ebenso wie strategisch.
  • Du etablierst Best Practices, Prozesse und Playbooks und gibst dein Wissen an jüngere Kolleginnen und Kollegen weiter.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Sales, Produkt und Geschäftsführung zusammen und bringst die Kundenperspektive in zentrale Entscheidungen ein.

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Customer Success, Account Management oder einer vergleichbaren kundennahen Rolle, idealerweise im B2B-SaaS-Umfeld.
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Compliance-, IT-Sicherheits- oder GRC-Themen – oder die nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, dich schnell in komplexe Fachthemen einzuarbeiten.
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Betreuung anspruchsvoller Kunden, in Renewals und im Ausbau von Bestandskunden.
  • Souveränes, überzeugendes Auftreten bis auf C-Level sowie ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick.
  • Eine strukturierte, datengetriebene Arbeitsweise; Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen (z. B. HubSpot) ist von Vorteil.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
