Ihre Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst Features und Verbesserungen für beide Seiten unserer SaaS-Applikation – sowohl im Backend (Django / Django REST Framework, FastAPI) als auch im Frontend (React / TypeScript) – dabei setzt du konsequent auf AI-gestützte Entwicklungstools wie GitHub Copilot oder Cursor, um schneller und effizienter zu liefern.
  • Als erfahrener Softwareentwickler arbeitest du eng mit beiden Entwicklungsteams zusammen und stimmst dich mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern (Produktmanagement, UX, Vertrieb etc.) ab.
  • Du treibst unsere AI First Development Culture aktiv mit voran: Du erforschst neue Tools, teilst Best Practices im Team und hilfst dabei, AI sinnvoll in unsere täglichen Workflows zu integrieren.
  • Du unterstützt bei der technischen Dokumentation des Produkts.
  • Du führst AI-unterstützte Code Reviews durch, hilfst beim Einsatz von AI-Tools im Entwicklungsalltag und unterstützt bei der Verteilung von Tickets und der Steuerung der Entwicklung.

Ihr Profil

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, eines verwandten Studiengangs mit IT-Fokus, oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker/-in Anwendungsentwicklung.
  • Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in Vollzeit gesammelt – idealerweise in Rollen, in denen du sowohl im Backend als auch im Frontend tätig warst.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung mit Python und der Backend-Entwicklung in Django / Django REST Framework mit; Erfahrung mit FastAPI ist ein Plus.
  • Du bist sicher im Design und der Entwicklung von REST-APIs sowie im Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken (z.B. PostgreSQL) und ORM-basiertem Datenmodellieren.
  • Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit React und der Entwicklung von Single-Page-Applikationen; du bist sicher im Umgang mit JavaScript / TypeScript und der ES6 Standardbibliothek. Erfahrung mit Frontend-Frameworks wie Ant Design oder Material UI ist ein Plus.
  • Du arbeitest routiniert mit AI-gestützten Coding Tools (z.B. GitHub Copilot, Cursor oder vergleichbare) und weißt, wie man deren Output kritisch bewertet und sinnvoll in bestehende Workflows integriert.
  • Du hast Lust, unsere AI First Kultur mitzugestalten – du probierst neue Tools aus, teilst deine Erfahrungen und hilfst dem Team, smarter zu arbeiten.
  • Neben dem Home-Office schätzt du auch den Austausch mit Kollegen und das Teamgefühl vor Ort.
