O que você precisa ter?

Mandatório:

Cursando graduação em Administração, Ciências Contábeis e RH Interesse em desenvolver conhecimentos em Departamento Pessoal e legislação trabalhista; Boa comunicação verbal e escrita; Perfil organizado e com atenção aos detalhes. Disponibilidade para estagiar por 2 anos (formação a partir de dezembro 2028)

Excel nível básico; Vivência anterior em atividades administrativas, RH ou Departamento Pessoal; Interesse pelo mercado financeiro.

O que você vai fazer?

Apoiar os processos de férias, rescisões, folha de pagamento e 13º salário; Realizar conferências e consolidação de informações para envio aos fornecedores responsáveis pelo processamento das rotinas; Dar suporte na administração e movimentação de benefícios; Acompanhar controles relacionados às certificações obrigatórias (ANBIMA e B3); Auxiliar na comunicação de admissões, alterações contratuais e desligamentos; Apoiar o acompanhamento de obrigações trabalhistas e processos administrativos da área; Realizar atendimento interno a colaboradores e gestores, esclarecendo dúvidas e direcionando demandas; Manter controles, planilhas e indicadores da área atualizados.
