A Área

A área de Risco de Mercado desempenha um papel estratégico no monitoramento e gestão dos riscos ligados às operações de investimento e trading da empresa. Como integrante dessa equipe, você será peça fundamental, contribuindo em iniciativas importantes e colaborando com um time experiente e dinâmico. Seu trabalho garantirá que a empresa tome decisões estratégicas e bem fundamentadas, fortalecendo a segurança e o sucesso de suas operações financeiras.

Buscamos um(a) estagiário(a) interessado(a) em atuar em uma área dinâmica e desafiadora, que envolva pressão e demanda alta atenção aos detalhes. Valorizamos habilidades de comunicação, perfil analítico ou complementar, além de disposição para aprender e crescer.

O que você precisa ter?

Mandatório:

Cursando graduação em Administração, Economia, Finanças, Engenharia ou áreas relacionadas; Excel nivel avançado; Interesse pelo mercado financeiro e de capitais; Perfil analítico, proativo e orientado para resultados, com capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e comunicar insights de forma clara; Mentalidade questionadora, comunicativa e inquieta diante de desafios; Disponibilidade para estagiar por 2 anos (formação a partir de Dezembro 2028)

Quais os diferenciais valorizados para essa oportunidade?

Conhecimento em VBA; Conhecimento em Python; Conhecimento em SQL; Certificação no mercado financeiro, principalmente PQO de Risco.

O que você vai fazer?

Auxiliar no monitoramento de risco pré e pós-trade em operações de renda variável e renda fixa (institucional e varejo); Apoiar o monitoramento de risco intradiário das operações; Contribuir no acompanhamento e gerenciamento de risco dos fundos administrados pela instituição (VaR, Stress e Liquidez); Auxiliar na atualização de indicadores diários e no acompanhamento de KPIs para gestão de risco; Apoiar as áreas de front office em demandas relacionadas a limite operacional, simulação de riscos e regras internas; Auxiliar no acompanhamento do enquadramento de portfólios alavancados; Dar apoio com projetos ligados a mitigação de risco.
