Operario de Producción (Turno A - B )

ATL Technology, LLC está buscando Operadores de Producción dinámicos y motivados para unirse a nuestro equipo. El Operador de Producción es responsable de operar maquinaria y equipos de producción de manera eficiente y segura para fabricar productos de alta calidad, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de producción.

Responsabilidades del Puesto

  • Operar y monitorear equipos de producción asignados de acuerdo con los procedimientos operativos estándar (SOPs).
  • Realizar configuraciones y ajustes menores en la maquinaria según sea necesario para mantener la eficiencia de la producción.
  • Inspeccionar los productos para detectar defectos o no conformidades, reportando cualquier problema al supervisor.
  • Mantener un registro preciso de la producción y los datos de calidad.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad en el área de trabajo. Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo para lograr los objetivos de producción.
  • Realizar tareas de limpieza y mantenimiento de equipos según sea necesario.
  • Participar en programas de formación para mejorar las habilidades operativas y de seguridad.
  • Ser capaz de trabajar en turnos rotativos (A, B) según las necesidades de producción.

Cualificaciones del Puesto

  • Educación secundaria o equivalente (diploma de escuela secundaria o GED).
  • Experiencia previa en un entorno de fabricación o producción preferida, pero no indispensable.
  • Capacidad para seguir instrucciones verbales y escritas en español.
  • Familiaridad con las prácticas de seguridad industrial.
  • Atención al detalle y compromiso con la producción de productos de alta calidad.
  • Habilidad para trabajar eficazmente en equipo y en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en diferentes turnos (Turno A, B), incluyendo noches y fines de semana según sea necesario.
  • Actitud positiva y disposición para aprender.
