Job Description

The Parking Lot Attendant plays a key role in creating a positive first impression for our guests by delivering exceptional service at the hotel entrance. This position is responsible for greeting guests, assisting with vehicle and luggage handling, providing accurate information, and ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming arrival experience.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Open and close vehicle doors for arriving and departing guests.
  • Retrieve and return guest vehicles promptly.
  • Answer telephone inquiries courteously and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information and directions to guests.
  • Organize parking tickets, keys, and related documentation.
  • Assist with luggage handling when needed, including group arrivals.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the driveway and entrance areas.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding daily operations and special events.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors and remain standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move luggage as needed.
