  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations using ASP.NET Core and related technologies
  • Develop and optimize application interactions with Microsoft SQL Server and other data sources
  • Implement responsive, user-facing application features based on defined requirements and designs
  • Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code aligned with established development standards and best practices
  • Develop unit tests for new business logic and contribute to broader application testing and quality practices
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application defects, performance issues, integration problems, and other technical challenges
  • Participate in code reviews, incorporate feedback, and contribute to consistent coding and architecture standards
  • Improve existing applications by identifying opportunities to enhance database performance, API efficiency, maintainability, and overall application quality
  • Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders throughout requirements clarification, development, testing, and implementation
  • Create and maintain technical documentation supporting application functionality, development practices, and system knowledge
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, application architecture, and engineering practices

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience, including experience building applications with ASP.NET Core
  • Strong proficiency with C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
  • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs using standardized routing and integration practices
  • Strong experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and integrating applications with relational databases
  • Understanding of software architecture patterns, microservices, and modern web-development principles
  • Experience writing unit tests and applying testing practices to business logic and application development
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code using SOLID principles, clean architecture concepts, and established development standards
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills with the ability to identify and resolve application, API, database, and integration issues
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern web-development processes
  • Strong organization, communication, collaboration, and attention to detail with the ability to work effectively within a remote development environment
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Desirable Qualities:

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based application development
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies
  • Experience with Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, MassTransit, or similar messaging technologies
  • Experience with performance, integration, or other automated testing practices beyond unit testing
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment, or modern DevOps development practices
  • Microsoft, Azure, or other relevant software-development certifications
  • Experience contributing to application architecture, performance optimization, or modernization initiatives

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
