The posting

Atlassian is looking for an Enablement Readiness Manager to help our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) build the skills, product knowledge, and tool proficiency needed to engage customers and create quality pipeline.

As part of the Field Readiness team, you’ll partner with SDR leadership to identify performance needs and deliver enablement that improves new-hire ramp, prospecting effectiveness, and qualification. You’ll connect onboarding, ongoing learning, and manager-led reinforcement into a practical development journey that helps SDRs apply what they learn in their daily work.

This role combines program ownership with hands-on facilitation, coaching, and content development, working closely with Revenue Enablement, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Systems teams.

What you’ll do

  • Own SDR readiness planning. Partner with SDR leaders to prioritize enablement based on business goals, performance data, and field feedback, adapting programs to regional and segment needs.
  • Accelerate onboarding and ramp. Partner with the onboarding team to develop SDR-specific learning paths, practice activities, and proficiency assessments that prepare new hires for success and sustain development beyond initial onboarding.
  • Strengthen prospecting and qualification. Deliver training on account prioritization, buyer research, personalized outreach, cold calling, social selling, objection handling, discovery, and effective handoffs to account executives.
  • Activate product and solution knowledge. Work with product and solution enablement teams to translate Atlassian’s portfolio, customer use cases, and value propositions into relevant conversations, messaging, and outreach plays for SDRs.
  • Drive tool proficiency and adoption. Partner with Revenue Operations and Systems to deliver training, workflow guidance, job aids, and office hours for CRM, sales engagement, prospecting, and conversation intelligence tools. Identify adoption barriers and coordinate technical support with the appropriate owners.
  • Enable effective use of AI. Help SDRs incorporate approved AI capabilities into research, outreach preparation, and daily workflows. Share effective practices and partner with the Learning Experience team to identify needs and inform future tool improvements.
  • Equip managers to coach and reinforce. Develop coaching guides, call-review activities, and reinforcement plans that frontline managers can use within existing team rhythms.
  • Deliver practical learning experiences. Facilitate workshops, role-plays, peer learning, and ongoing skills sessions. Partner with content and learning specialists to maintain relevant, accessible playbooks and resources.
  • Measure and improve impact. Evaluate proficiency, adoption, and performance trends—including ramp time, meeting-to-opportunity conversion, and qualified pipeline—to refine enablement priorities and programs.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement, sales development, or sales development leadership within a B2B technology environment.
  • Experience designing and delivering onboarding or ongoing enablement for SDR or BDR teams.
  • Strong understanding of inbound and outbound sales development, buyer engagement, qualification, and pipeline creation.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, actionable guidance.
  • Familiarity with common SDR technologies, such as Salesforce, Outreach or Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Gong.
  • Ability to use performance data and qualitative feedback to diagnose gaps, prioritize work, and assess effectiveness.
  • Strong program management and stakeholder partnership skills, including experience working across distributed teams.
  • Practical curiosity about AI and experience applying it to sales or enablement workflows.

It’s a plus if you have

  • Experience supporting global sales development teams across multiple segments or sales motions.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian’s products and the customer challenges they address.
  • Experience building manager-led coaching programs and assessing sales readiness.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
