Von unserem Hauptsitz in Bamberg sowie aus unterschiedlichen Remote Orten aus arbeiten wir branchenübergreifend mit unseren Kunden und als Team, das Verantwortung, Zusammenarbeit und hohe Qualitätsansprüche lebt.

DIE ROLLE Als Elternzeitvertretung suchen wir eine erfahrene HR Manager:in, die für zwölf Monate die Verantwortung für unser operatives HR übernimmt. Du bist Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende, Bewerber:innen und Werkstudierende und stellst sicher, dass unsere HR-Prozesse zuverlässig und professionell laufen. SCHWERPUNKTE 01 — Recruiting: Steuerung der Recruiting-Prozesse von der Stellenanzeige bis zum Erstgespräch und eine professionelle Candidate Experience. 02 — Mitarbeiterbetreuung: Unterstützung der Mitarbeiterbetreuung von Vertragserstellung und Onboarding bis zum Offboarding. 03 — HR-Administration & Communication: HR-Administration über das HRM Tool, Performance-Management-Zyklen und die Organisation unserer unternehmensweiten F2F-Wochen sowie Unternehmenskommunikationen

DEINE AUFGABEN • Recruiting: Stellenanzeigen erstellen, Erstgespräche führen, Kommunikation mit Bewerber:innen und Planung von Assessment Centern • Mitarbeiterbetreuung: Verträge, On- und Offboarding, Feedbackzyklen und Arbeitszeugnisse • HR-Administration und interne Kommunikation in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem HR-Team: On- und Offboarding, Vertragsänderungen, Mitarbeiteranliegen, Pflege unseres HR-Systems HiBob, Townhalls und People Updates • Performance Management: Koordination der Review-Zyklen, Organisation der People Conferences und Zusammenfassung der Ergebnisse • Personalentwicklung: Koordination interner und externer Trainings und Steuerung des Entwicklungsbudgets

DEIN PROFIL • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen HR • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Arbeitsverträgen, On- und Offboarding und alle weiteren Kern HR Prozesse • Erfahrung im Recruiting und in der Gestaltung einer positiven Candidate Experience • Erfahrung mit HR-Software; Kenntnisse in HiBob sind von Vorteil • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, auch bei parallelen Prioritäten • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung • Sehr gute Deutsch- und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
