Als administratief bediende bouw ben jij de ruggengraat van de werfvoorbereiding en -opvolging. Efficiënt, cijfermatig en met een stevige dosis gezond verstand.

  • In deze functie ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt van jouw toegewezen werfleiders. Terwijl zij het terrein aansturen, zorg jij dat achter de schermen alles klopt. Dossiers volledig en correct, documenten zijn tijdig aangevraagd, materialen besteld, leveranciers gebrieft, contracten geregeld.
  • Jij bent degene die het overzicht bewaart, knopen ontwart en zorgt dat elke werfadministratie vlot opstart, loopt & afgerond wordt.
  • De werfvoorbereiding zit in jouw handen: je verzamelt plannen en meetstaten, maakt offertes op, volgt vorderingsstaten op, de bijhorende facturatie en beheert de contracten van hun onderaannemers.
  • Materiaal bestellen? Dat loopt via jou. Aankoopfacturen en leveringsopvolging? Jij houdt de touwtjes in handen. Ook de digitale registratie via Check-in@Work, meldingen van onderaannemers bij de bouwheer, opvolging van nacalculatie.
  • Daarbij denk je kritisch mee over hoe dingen slimmer kunnen. Want onze klant zin midden in een digitaliseringstraject, en jouw inzicht in ERP- systemen (we schakelen over naar BuildSoft) is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je maakt deel uit van een hecht team van drie bedienden.
  • Efficiëntie, samenwerking en nauwkeurigheid zijn dus geen loze woorden, maar dagelijkse realiteit.
  • Bij voorkeur heb jij reeds enkele jaren ervaring in een administratieve rol binnen de bouwsector. Je begrijpt sneller wat belangrijk is in een dossier, voelt aan waar risico’s schuilen en kan vlot schakelen met werfleiders en onderaannemers. Je hoeft geen ingenieur te zijn, maar weet hoe een werf in elkaar zit – en wat er nodig is om de juiste ondersteuning te bieden, fouten te vermijden en deadlines te bewaken.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar elke dag anders is. Een dynamische sfeer, veelheid aan dossiers en ad-hoc schakelmomenten geven jou net energie. Je houdt van tempo, zonder het overzicht te verliezen.
  • Wat je typeert? Een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, logisch inzicht en een gezonde portie probleemoplossend denken. Je brengt structuur zonder rigide te worden, legt snel verbanden en neemt initiatief wanneer iets beter, sneller of correcter kan.
  • Je communiceert helder, werkt graag samen en denkt constructief mee met de collega’s op de werkvloer. Binnen het team zorg jij voor rust, richting en een positieve vibe.
  • Je spreekt naast vlot Nederlands ook een mondje Frans en Engels.
  • Daarnaast ben je cijfermatig onderlegd en werk je vlot met digitale tools. Je hebt ervaring met ERP-pakketten en voelt je comfortabel in Excel. Kennis van Buildsoft? Dat is mooi meegenomen.
