Voor ons bouwbedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde administratieve medewerker die mee instaat voor de dagelijkse administratieve opvolging en ondersteuning van onze werven en de algemene bedrijfswerking.

Wat houdt je functie in?

Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket waarbij je een belangrijke schakel vormt tussen de administratie en onze werven:

  • Je volgt dagelijks de tijdsregistratie en Checkin@Work op.
  • Je controleert en verwerkt inkomende facturen en zorgt ervoor dat deze aan de juiste werf worden toegewezen.
  • Je verzorgt de administratieve opvolging van de nacalculatie.
  • Je staat in voor het klasseren en verwerken van inkomende documenten.
  • Je ondersteunt de werfleiding en collega's bij diverse administratieve taken.
  • Je denkt actief mee over het verbeteren van onze administratieve processen en het uitwerken van nieuwe procedures.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Goede kennis Nederlands is vereist, basis kennis Engels is pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je kan goed overweg met Excel en Outlook.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt graag mee over efficiëntere werkwijzen.
  • Je bent communicatief en werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Ervaring in een administratieve functie is een pluspunt.
  • Affiniteit met de bouwsector is mooi meegenomen.
