DESCRIPTIF DE L'OFFRE

Placée sous la responsabilité de la Gouvernante Générale, vous serez en charge de veiller à la propreté, à l’entretien et à la mise en état des chambres et des espaces communs de l’établissement. En tant que Gouvernant(e) d’étages, vous êtes un véritable ambassadeur de l’excellence et du raffinement de la prestation de luxe offerte à notre clientèle. Vous contribuez chaque jour à garantir le confort de nos clients et à faire de leur séjour une expérience d’exception. Vos missions quotidiennes seront les suivantes :

  • Contrôler la qualité du nettoyage des suites et des espaces communs selon les standards de l’établissement.
  • Veiller à la mise en place et au renouvellement des décorations florales.
  • S’assurer de la propreté irréprochable des espaces et faire procéder aux corrections nécessaires.
  • Veiller au respect des circuits propres et sales.
  • Participer aux travaux de nettoyage selon les besoins du service.
  • Contrôler le bon état des équipements et assurer le suivi des interventions avec le Service Technique.
  • Veiller à la bonne utilisation des produits d’entretien et au respect des dosages.
  • Garantir le respect de l’intimité des clients lors des interventions en chambre.
  • Participer à l’accueil, à l’intégration et à la formation des nouveaux collaborateurs.
  • Transmettre les bonnes pratiques et accompagner les équipes au quotidien.
  • Participer aux briefings et réunions de service.

Qualifications

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Expérience : Vous avez un diplôme en gouvernant et/ou d’une école Hôtelière équivalent et vous justifiez d'une expérience de 2 ans sur un poste similaire en hôtellerie de luxe de préférence.
  • Personnalité : Vous faites preuve de dynamisme, de rigueur, d’un excellent sens du détail et d’un véritable esprit d’équipe.
  • Langues : Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit. La connaissance d’une troisième langue serait un plus.
  • Disponibilité : À partir du 1er décembre, dans le cadre d’un contrat à durée déterminée de 4 mois, renouvelable.
