Descripción del empleo

Únase a nuestro equipo como Controlador de Habitaciones y Residencias en Susurros del Corazón, Punta de Mita, México, reportando al Front Office Manager. Serás responsable de elevar la experiencia de la marca Susurros del Corazón tanto en el entorno hotelero como residencial, asegurando que las habitaciones y residencias se encuentren correctamente balanceadas, asignadas y preparadas de acuerdo con las preferencias, beneficios y necesidades de cada huésped y propietario. Será responsable de mantener un control preciso del inventario y de asegurar que todas las notas, comentarios, preferencias y requerimientos especiales de propietarios, huéspedes y sus invitados estén correctamente registrados y actualizados en nuestro sistema.

  • Realizar las reservas en el sistema para propietarios de residencias y sus amigos y familiares
  • Asignar todas las residencias en cuanto sean reservadas, para evitar sobreventas
  • El controlador de habitaciones debe tener un conocimiento profundo del diseño de la propiedad, distribución de las residencias y opciones de lock offs y habitaciones conectadas.
  • Revisar inventario diariamente y balancear la casa otorgando ascensos a huéspedes con este beneficio
  • Asignar diariamente habitaciones en hotel tomando en cuenta las preferencias de los huéspedes
  • Asistir buscando opciones para mover habitaciones en caso de ser necesario debido a quejas
  • Revisar las habitaciones y residencias fuera de servicio
  • Asignar showroom en conjunto con ama de llaves incluyendo residencias
  • Estar en constante comunicación con el departamento de reservaciones para aprobar pedidos de habitaciones conectadas.
  • Buscar oportunidades de upsell y coordinar con guest services y ama de llaves para tenerlo listo
  • Detectar situaciones de sobreventa y buscar alternativas para resolverlas

Requisitos

  • 2 años de experiencia mínima en resorts de lujo con componente residencial
  • Manejo de inglés hablado y escrito
  • Buena organización y manejo de sistemas
  • Habilidades de comunicación
