A tua Missão:

- Assumir a gestão global do seu negócio em contexto de hipermercado; - Acompanhar e controlar o grau de concretização dos objetivos, vendas diárias, stocks e demais indicadores de negócio; - Dirigir, orientar e motivar a equipa sob a sua responsabilidade, promovendo o desenvolvimento das suas competências e a sua integração na empresa; - Garantir a qualidade dos produtos e a sua boa apresentação, controlando a sua embalagem e rotulagem; - Cumprir as normas e procedimentos de Ambiente, Segurança e Higiene e Saúde no Trabalho.

O que esperamos de ti:

- 12º Ano de Escolaridade ou Licenciatura (preferencial);

- Experiência em funções similares;

- Experiência e gosto na gestão operacional de equipas em loja;

- Bons conhecimentos de MS Office;

- Disponibilidade para trabalhar por horários rotativos.
