Stellenbeschreibung

Zur Unterstützung unseres Standorts in Hamburg suchen wir eine engagierte und strukturierte Boutique Admin Support (m/w/d). Der Schwerpunkt der Position liegt in der administrativen und organisatorischen Unterstützung des Teams vor Ort.

Zu ihren Aufgaben gehört u.a.:

  • Unterstützung bei den Sekretariats-/Verwaltungs-/Backoffice-Aufgaben für alle Betriebsabläufe der Boutique, einschliesslich After Sales Service (Verwaltung von Rechnungen, Kassenführung, Teamplanung usw.)
  • Unterstützung des Boutique Managers bei allen Koordinations-und Verwaltungsaufgaben
  • Rechnungen bearbeiten
  • Koordination von Terminen per E-Mail und Telefon
  • Erstellung von Berichten via Excel
  • Unterstützung bei operativen Abläufen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Boutique Team sowie des Teams im Hauptsitz in München

Qualifikationen

Sie bringen mit:

  • Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und haben mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in administrativen Arbeiten
  • Sie sind mit Excel, Word, E-Mail vertraut
  • Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Sie arbeiten strukturiert und sorgfältig
  • Sie verfügen über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
