オーデマ ピゲブティックの一員として、Boutique Sales Associate Assistant / Junior Sales Associate（ブティック・セールス・アソシエイト・アシスタント、ジュニア・セールスアソシエイト）は、ブランドの世界観を体現し、すべてのお客様にとって記憶に残る特別な体験を創り出す重要な役割を担います。

本ポジションでは、日々のブティック運営を支えるメンバーとして、接客・販売サポート業務を担当していただきます。お客様への丁寧な対応や商品管理、販売前後のフォローを行いながら、商品およびブランドへの理解を深め、チームと協力して質の高い顧客体験の提供に貢献していただきます。

Boutique Managerにレポートし、他のブティック、オペレーションチーム、マーケティングチームなど社内の関係部門と密に連携しながら、オーデマ ピゲならではの卓越したカスタマーエクスペリエンスの向上を共に目指していただきます。

主な職務内容は以下のとおりです：

  • ブランドアンバサダーとしてのサポート業務：オーデマ ピゲのブランド価値や世界観について学びながら、商品知識を深め、お客様へのご案内や販売業務をサポートしていただきます。
  • カスタマーサービス：チームメンバーのサポートのもと、お客様への丁寧な接客や来店対応を行い、オーデマ ピゲならではの上質な顧客体験の提供に貢献していただきます。
  • 新規および既存のお客様への対応：お客様一人ひとりのニーズを理解し、先輩社員の指導のもとで適切なご案内やフォローアップを行いながら、顧客との信頼関係構築を支援していただきます。
  • CRMの活用：顧客情報をCRMへ正確に入力・更新し、適切な顧客管理および販売活動のサポートを行っていただきます。
  • マーケティングイベント・アクティビティへの参加：ブランドイベントや各種マーケティング活動の準備・運営をサポートし、ブランドの魅力発信に貢献していただきます。
  • オペレーションサポート：ERPシステムや店舗運営に関する基本的な業務を習得し、商品管理や事務作業などを通じて、円滑な店舗運営を支援していただきます。

資格

  • ホテルやレストラン、航空業界などでホスピタリティ業務を2年以上お持ちの方。 ＞商品、ブランド知識に関しては入社後のトレーニングで身に着けていただきます。 異業種から転職してきた方が、活躍しています。
  • ブランドの価値観を理解し、高いホスピタリティをもって顧客対応ができる方
  • PCおよびMicrosoft Office（Outlook、Excel等）を業務で使用した経験
  • お客様と円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる高い日本語力（対面・電話・文書）
  • 基本的な英語スキル（流暢である必要はありませんが、接客やトレーニングで必要となります）
  • さまざまな言語で円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方、歓迎
