オーデマピゲのTechnical Advisor 修理受付担当では、時計修理に関し顧客に的確で丁寧なご案内をする役割を担っています。時計修理に関する技術と知識が求められるポジションです。

Responsibilities:

接客業務

  • レセプションにて時計修理に関する接客対応
  • ストラップ等の品のご案内・販売

時計修理・見積作成

  • 時計修理、電池交換、ブレスレット調整
  • 修理に関する見積作成
  • 時計修理に関する技術サポート

その他

  • 電話・SNS・メールでの顧客対応
  • 専用システムやExcelを使用しての事務業務
  • 時計の配送業務
  • 本社とのコミュニケーション（メールメイン・英語）

・レセプションでの顧客対応：4割、バックオフィスでの時計修理・事務業務：6割程度

・本社とのやり取り、資料・システム、顧客対応で一部英語を使用

資格

  • 国内外の時計学校で２年以上の専門教育を受けた方
  • 時計修理もしくは、時計修理サポート・接客の経験３年以上
  • 基本的なPCスキル（Outlook,Excel,Word, PowerPoint）
  • 基本的な英語のスキル（流暢である必要はありませんが、接客やトレーニングで必要となります）

  • 勤務時間：10：30～19：45、１日7.5時間勤務（休憩：60分）のシフト制勤務
