Stellenbeschreibung

Für unser AP House in Hamburg suchen wir zum schnellstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Technical Advisor:

Ihre Aufgaben :

  • Durchführung von Inspektionen zur Identifizierung von Problemen an Uhren
  • Durchführung einfacher Eingriffe wie Armbandwechsel oder Anpassungen, Prüfung der Wasserdichtigkeit und Ganggenauigkeit, Batteriewechsel und Zeiteinstellung
  • Beherrschung und Nutzung der verschiedenen technischen und IT-Anwendungen im Zusammenhang mit allen After-Sales-Operationen
  • Verwaltung des Bestands für Reparaturen einschließlich Beschaffung.
  • Bereitstellung eines zuverlässigen, präzisen und erstklassigen Kundenservices
  • Beratung der Kunden zu Produktinformationen
  • Aktive Teilnahme an der Datenerfassung für das Customer Relationship Management
  • Sicherstellung der Begrüßung von After-Sales-Kunden und aller damit verbundenen Aufgaben
  • Teilnahme an internen und externen Veranstaltungen der Boutique möglich
  • Bereitstellung technischer Expertise für das Boutique-Team und Unterstützung beim Ausbau des technischen Wissens über Uhren

Qualifikationen

  • Mindestens 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung in der Uhrenbranche
  • Nachweis von Fachwissen über neue Luxusuhren sowie alte Vintage-Uhren und gutes allgemeines Wissen über die Uhrenindustrie
  • Sie lieben es, Beziehungen aufzubauen und sind sehr kunden- und serviceorientiert
  • Sie haben Freude daran, Herausforderungen zu meistern und sind ein echter Teamplayer
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsskills
  • Erfahrung im Stock Management von Vorteil
  • Sie sprechen fliessend Deutsch und Englisch, sind ein ausgezeichneter Kommunikator und zeichnen sich durch grosses Einfühlungsvermögen aus
