Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire pour rejoindre notre équipe au sein de la Formation continue. Le/la stagiaire soutiendra la coordinatrice de programmes dans l'organisation des sessions de formation. Un changement de campus est prévu et le/la stagiaire aidera la coordinatrice dans la formalisation des procédures du nouveau campus et la mise à jour des visuels.

Missions principales :

  • Evènementiel : préparation logistique des sessions de formation (réservation de salles, suivi des émargements de présence des participants, réservation de déjeuners)
  • Inventaire et commandes de matériel et fournitures
  • Aide au bon déroulement des sessions sur site (réponses aux demandes des participants et intervenants)
  • Participation à la rédaction des nouvelles procédures opérationnelles suite au déménagement
  • Participation à la mise à jour des supports internes suite au déménagement & mise à jour des visuels
  • Soutien administratif pour la planification des formations dans les logiciels internes
  • Préparation des Rentrées : création trombinoscopes, préparation goodies, signalétique
  • Appui ponctuel sur les évènements de la Direction OSE (Offres & Solutions Entreprises)

Profil recherché :

  • Étudiant(e) en gestion administrative.
  • Bonnes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
  • Bonnes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à interagir avec différents interlocuteurs.
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). La maîtrise de Canva serait un plus.

Durée du stage : entre 4 et 6 mois
