Der laufende Wechsel zwischen Praxis und Theorie macht das duale Studium spannend und abwechslungsreich. Vom ersten Tag an wirst Du aktiv in anspruchsvolle Projekte und in unser Team eingebunden. Nach dem erfolgreichen Abschluss sprechen wir gerne über eine Übernahme in ein festes Arbeitsverhältnis.

Programmstart: 01. Juni / 01. August eines Jahres (Bewerbungsschluss 30. Juni)

Das duale ausbildungsintegrierte Studium startet je nach gewähltem Studienort zum 01.06. (Aachen und Köln) oder zum 01.08. (Koblenz) eines Jahres und dauert in der Regel 4,5 Jahre. Neben Zeiten in der Hochschule, beinhaltet das Programm Betriebspraktika, Berufsschule sowie praktische Ausbildungszeiten in einem überbetrieblichen Ausbildungszentrum.

Betrieb: Weibern, RLP

Die Betriebspraktika finden am Hauptstandort von Augel in Weibern, mittig zwischen Bonn und Koblenz gelegen, und auf unseren Baustellen statt. Bei uns verbindest Du Theorie mit Praxis und erhältst wertvolle Einblicke in den Arbeitsalltag eines zukunftsorientierten Baudienstleisters. Du durchläufst während Deiner Betriebszeiten verschiedene Abteilungen, wie beispielsweise die Arbeitsvorbereitung, Kalkulation oder den Einkauf und unterstützt tatkräftig. Darüber hinaus machst Du Dich mit dem Alltag auf einer Baustelle vertraut und erfährst zum Beispiel, wie man ein Aufmaß mit einer Vermessungsdrohne erstellt.

Ausbildung

Mit dem dualen ausbildungsintegrierten Studium hast Du am Ende direkt zwei Abschlüsse in der Tasche, den Bachelor Bauingenieurwesen und die Ausbildung als Maurer.

Während der überbetrieblichen Ausbildung lernst Du in einem Ausbildungszentrum ganz praktisch, was Du für den gewählten Ausbildungsabschluss können solltest, aber auch übergreifende Tätigkeiten anderer handwerklicher Berufe. Die überbetriebliche Ausbildung findet an der Handwerkskammer in Koblenz statt. Auch theoretisches Wissen brauchst Du, um den Ausbildungsberuf erfolgreich zu erlernen. Dieses wird Dir in der jeweiligen Berufsschule (Standort: Bad Neuenahr) vermittelt.

Darauf können wir bauen:

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Abitur oder die Fachhochschulreife
  • Deine Stärken liegen im mathematisch-technischen Bereich
  • Idealerweise hast Du bereits ein Praktikum im Handwerk absolviert
  • Du hast Interesse an Technik und besitzt handwerkliches Geschick
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, gehst aktiv auf andere Menschen zu und bietest deine Unterstützung an
  • Kommunikationsstärke, eine gute Organisationsfähigkeit, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Engagement zeichnen Dich aus
  • Du besitzt Interesse an den Abläufen auf der Baustelle und im Büro, um Bauprojekte erfolgreich abzuwickeln
