Damit unsere Bauprojekte wirtschaftlich erfolgreich umgesetzt werden können, suchen wir einen engagierten Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d), der mit Fachkompetenz, Sorgfalt und Teamgeist vorrangig unser Finanz- und Rechnungswesen verstärkt und ergänzend die Lohnbuchhaltung unterstützt.

Hier packst Du an:

  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Aufgaben in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Unterstützung bei laufenden buchhalterischen Prozessen sowie sorgfältige Bearbeitung kaufmännischer Vorgänge
  • Kontenabstimmung und Mitwirkung bei der Pflege eines geordneten Rechnungswesens
  • Unterstützung im Zahlungsverkehr sowie bei der Bearbeitung von Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten
  • Mitarbeit in der Lohnbuchhaltung, insbesondere in der vorbereitenden und unterstützenden Abwicklung
  • Unterstützung bei abrechnungsnahen Prozessen, der Pflege relevanter Daten sowie bei Bescheinigungen und Meldungen
  • Ansprechpartner für interne Rückfragen rund um buchhalterische und abrechnungsnahe Themen
  • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung unserer kaufmännischen Prozesse

Darauf können wir bauen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Buchhaltung, Finanzen oder Rechnungswesen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Erste bis gute praktische Erfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Tarifverständnis und ein sicherer Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
  • Erfahrung mit ERP- und Abrechnungssystemen
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Digitale Affinität und Freude daran, Prozesse weiterzudenken
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
