Als IT-Administrator sorgst du bei uns dafür, dass unsere IT-Systemlandschaft stabil, sicher und zukunftsfähig läuft. Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Mitarbeitenden, wenn es um IT-Fragen geht, koordinierst unsere externen Dienstleister und hast ein Auge auf die Pflege, Weiterentwicklung und Sicherheit unserer Systeme.

Egal ob am Schreibtisch, im Container oder im mobilen Büro: Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere IT durchgängig funktioniert – und unsere Bauprofis auf dich zählen können.

Hier packst Du an:

IT-Betrieb & Support

  • Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur - Von Cloud bis Kabel, von Arbeitsplatz bis Zugangskontrolle
  • 1st-Level-Support, Ticketüberwachung, strukturierte Weitergabe komplexer Themen an 2nd/ 3rd-Level
  • Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden im sicheren & effizienten IT-Einsatz
  • Unterstützung beim Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung zentraler Systeme (z. B. DMS, ERP, Portale)

Dienstleister & Systeme

  • Steuerung & Koordination externer IT-Dienstleister (herstellerunabhängig)
  • Bewertung technischer Lösungen & Angebote
  • Mitwirkung bei der Einführung neuer Systeme & Standardisierung von IT-Prozessen

IT-Sicherheit & Dokumentation

  • Umsetzung & Weiterentwicklung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit ISB, Unterstützung bei Audits, Risikoanalysen & Sicherheitsvorfällen
  • Pflege von Berechtigungskonzepten, Backups & Wiederherstellungsstrategien
  • Pflege einer strukturierten IT-Dokumentation (Systeme, Zugriffe, Prozesse, Schnittstellen)
  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau standardisierter IT-Prozesse und -Richtlinien

Darauf können wir bauen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, ein vergleichbares Studium im IT-Bereich (z. B. Informatik) oder mehrjährige vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der IT-Administration (Client, Infrastruktur, Cloud oder Hybrid)
  • Erfahrung im IT-Support (Ticket-System)
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern
  • Erfahrung mit ISO 27001 oder vergleichbaren Sicherheitsstandards sowie Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Umgebungen (z. B. AD, M365, Azure) sind ein Plus – aber kein Systemabsturz, wenn’s noch nicht drauf ist. Lernbereitschaft zählt!
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
