Deine Aufgaben

Für unsere Wohnungsbau Abteilung verstärken wir unser Team und suchen einen Bauingenieur mit einem abgeschlossenen Studium, der mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung aufweist.

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Abwicklung anspruchsvoller Hochbauprojekte in Hamburg und Umgebung
  • Erstellung, Überwachung und Optimierung von Bauablaufplänen sowie regelmäßige Baustellenkontrollen
  • Koordination von Personal, Nachunternehmern und Materialdisposition zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Bauablaufs
  • Kontrolle von Kosten, Terminen und Qualität während der gesamten Bauphase
  • Unterstützung bei Kalkulationen, Angebotserstellung und Projektcontrolling
  • Kommunikation und Verhandlung mit Kunden, Projektbeteiligten und Partnern

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als fertiger Bauleiter, idealerweise im Wohnungsbau bzw. schlüsselfertigen Bau
  • Hohes technisches Verständnis und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift) und Durchsetzungsvermögen im Umgang mit Kunden, Mitarbeitenden und Geschäftspartnern
  • Teamfähigkeit, Motivation und pragmatische Problemlösungskompetenz
