岗位方向与职责 1. 供应链运营管理方向：协助监控供应链整体绩效，分析运营数据，参与流程优化与跨部门协同项目，支持日常运营高效进行 2. 计划方向：协助进行需求预测、库存计划与管理，监控供需平衡，参与销售与运营计划流程，保障产品供应连续性 3. 采购方向：协助执行采购流程，进行供应商沟通、市场询价与成本分析，参与供应商管理及原材料品质管控支持工作 4. 仓储物流方向：协助仓库日常运营管理，监控物流成本与时效，参与配送网络优化及现场6S管理，支持物流服务商协同

任职要求 1. 学历专业：2026届硕士及以上学历应届硕士毕业生。供应链管理、物流工程、食品科学、工商管理、统计学、化学等相关专业优先 2. 核心能力：具备良好的逻辑分析能力、数据敏感度及学习能力。能熟练使用Office办公软件 3. 语言要求：大学英语六级及以上，具备良好的读写能力 4. 行业热情：对茶饮或快消行业有基本认知与兴趣，愿意从基层实践开始，深入业务 期望素质 1. 脚踏实地，主动担当：能深入业务现场，吃苦耐劳，责任心强，在快节奏中保持积极心态 2. 思维清晰，善于沟通：具备结构化思考能力，乐于协作，能进行有效的跨部门沟通 3. 关注细节，坚守原则：对数据和流程有敏锐的观察力，尤其在质量与安全问题上坚持高标准、严要求 4. 持续学习，拥抱变化：具备开放心态和成长型思维，能快速适应环境，在挑战中不断提升
