任职要求 1.学历背景:硕士及以上学历,食品科学、茶学、营养学等相关专业优先,优秀本科生可放宽 2.专业能力:具备基础的食品研发知识,有风味品鉴经验或相关项目成果者优先 3.素质特征: - 自驱进取,对茶饮行业有强烈热情,乐于探索全球美食 - 逻辑思维清晰,具备数据分析与市场洞察能力 - 团队协作意识强,能推动跨部门项目落地 4.其他:2026届应届毕业生优先,有期刊论文或研发项目经验者加分
