Elle est la plus importante compagnie de croisières-excursions au Canada avec ses 25 navires. L’entreprise génère des emplois à plus de 650 personnes pendant la haute saison, fournissant un service de haute qualité à plus de 700 000 passagers annuellement. Croisières AML propose une grande variété de croisières à partir de plusieurs villes dont notamment Montréal, Québec, Baie-Sainte-Catherine, Tadoussac et bien d’autres. Sa mission : Offrir un service personnalisé et un accueil chaleureux à tous ses clients. PRINCIPALES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS Sous la direction de la directrice générale adjointe, opérations et talent, votre mission principale sera de veiller à la bonne gestion du département des ressources humaines tout en collaborant avec les autres membres de l’équipe et les gestionnaires en place. Vous serez notamment amené à : Planifier la coordination complète des ressources humaines traditionnelles pour l’ensemble de la compagnie; Travailler de concert avec les différentes régions où la compagnie opère; Superviser des conseillers en gestion des ressources humaines; Coordonner et mettre à jour les politiques et procédures de gestion des ressources humaines ainsi que les programmes et procédures de santé et sécurité; Conseiller et seconder l’équipe de direction dans l’interprétation et l’administration des politiques et procédures de gestion des ressources humaines; Assurer une gestion des ressources humaines éthique et compatible avec la mission, la vision et les valeurs de l’organisation; S’assurer que les lois et réglementations relatives au travail soient appliquées et respectées. PROFIL RECHERCHÉ EXPÉRIENCE ET FORMATION Baccalauréat, en gestion des ressources humaines, relations industrielles ou autres qualifications pertinentes; Posséder de 7 à 10 ans d’expérience en gestion des ressources humaines, dont 3 ans à titre de gestionnaire d’une équipe; Expérience en recrutement de volume; Connaissance approfondie des lois, règlements et normes du travail canadiens et provinciaux; Connaissance approfondie de Microsoft Office; Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en français. La maîtrise de la langue anglaise est un atout. PROFIL DE COMPÉTENCES Leadership, proactivité et capacité à prendre des décisions dans un environnement dynamique; Capacité à motiver et à mobiliser des équipes de travail; Intérêt marqué pour le recrutement; Sens politique et capacité d'influence; Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer une équipe de petite taille; Excellentes compétences en communication, en écoute active et en résolution de problèmes; Capacité à travailler en étroite collaboration avec la direction et les autres départements pour atteindre les objectifs communs; Sens de l’écoute et agilité.
