Secrétaire corporatif (10 ans+) À PROPOS DE NOTRE CLIENT ET DU POSTE Notre client, l’APCIQ, est une association à but non lucratif et le représentant incontestable du courtage immobilier professionnel au Québec. L’Association regroupe plus de 92 % des courtiers immobiliers professionnels, actifs sur 80 % du territoire de la province, et compte plus de 700 agences immobilières. L’APCIQ a pour mission de soutenir, former, informer et défendre les intérêts des membres, tout en assurant le rayonnement et le développement de la pratique du courtage immobilier. PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS Relevant du conseil d’administration, le secrétaire corporatif joue un rôle central en soutenant les différents comités et le conseil d’administration. Il organise les réunions du conseil, élabore l’ordre du jour en collaboration avec le président et le PDG, et veille à ce que les décisions soient dûment documentées et appliquées. Il est chargé de la tenue des registres officiels, incluant les procès-verbaux des réunions du conseil d’administration et des assemblées générales, ainsi que de la conservation des documents juridiques et statutaires de l’Association. Responsable de l'organisation et de la mise en œuvre des décisions du conseil, il exerce un leadership mobilisateur en assurant que les activités de sa direction contribuent efficacement à la mission de l’Association et à la réalisation du plan stratégique, tout en en demeurant imputable. Une description plus complète est disponible et sera transmis aux candidats intéressés EXIGENCES Membre du Barreau du Québec et au moins 10 ans de pratique dans des domaines de droit pertinents, au sein d'un cabinet d'avocats, d'une entreprise ou d'un organisme. Excellente connaissance de la Loi sur le courtage immobilier et de ses règlements, du Droit disciplinaire, de l'arbitrage, de la Loi sur la concurrence et de la Loi sur la Protection des renseignements personnels dans le domaine privé.
