Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Strategische und operative Gesamtverantwortung sowie unternehmerische Entwicklung des Portfoliounternehmens
  • Erarbeitung und Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie mit besonderem Fokus auf M&A und Post-Merger-Integration
  • Skalierung / Überregionales Wachstum über Add-on Akquisitionen („Buy-and-Build“) und Integration der Einzelunternehmen in die Gruppe
  • Hohes Engagement für Wettbewerbsfähigkeit, Profitabilität und nachhaltige Steigerung des Unternehmenswertes
  • Zukunftsweisende Positionierung und Führung des Unternehmens durch den Exit Prozess am Ende der Haltedauer

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als generalistischer Geschäftsführer mit vollumfänglicher P&L Verantwortung in einem mittelstandsgeprägten Umfeld mit Fokus auf Business Services
  • Track Record in der Zusammenarbeit mit einem Finanzinvestor (Private Equity) und/oder im Bereich Unternehmenszukäufe (M&A) und Integration von Geschäftsbereichen (PMI)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer strategischen (Top)-Unternehmensberatung
  • Nachweisbare Expertise in der systematischen und konzeptionellen Arbeit an Transformationsprojekten
  • Profundes Verständnis für die wesentlichen kaufmännischen, vertrieblichen und operativ-strategischen Fragestellungen sowie für die Einführung zentraler Steuerungsinstrumente
  • Ausgeprägte analytisch-konzeptionelle und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Stakeholdermanagement-Sills und Führungsqualität
  • Unternehmerisch geprägtes Denken und Handeln, Umsetzungsstärke und Kostenbewusstsein
  • Fähigkeit sowohl das große Ganze zu überblicken als auch hands-on Dinge voranzutreiben und Themen zu ownen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches, natur- oder ingenieurwissenschaftliches (Universitäts-) Studium
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
