Als Head of People & Organisation bei AURELIUS Wachstumskapital gestaltest du die People-&-Organisation-Strategie über unser gesamtes Portfolio hinweg. Gemeinsam mit unseren Portfoliounternehmen (PortCos) entwickelst du skalierbare HR-Strukturen, sicherst die Gewinnung und Bindung von Fachkräften in Schlüsselbereichen und baust eine moderne, zukunftsfähige Führungskräfte-Landschaft auf.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer übergreifenden People-&-Organisation-Strategie für AURELIUS Wachstumskapital und die Portfoliounternehmen mit klarem Fokus auf Skalierbarkeit
  • Verantwortung und Führung des internen Recruiting-Teams von AURELIUS Wachstumskapital (aktuell 3 Mitarbeitende), das sowohl C-Level-Suchen für die Portfoliounternehmen (z. B. CEO, CFO, COO, Head of M&A, Head of HR) als auch interne Suchen für AURELIUS Wachstumskapital steuert und als Business Partner auftritt.
  • Konzeption und Aufbau von Plattform-HR-Teams, die unsere PortCos in Themen wie Recruiting, Talent Management, Organizational Design und People Analytics beraten und operativ unterstützen, insbesondere
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines strukturierten Nachfolge- und Talentmanagements für Führungskräfte
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Gewinnung und Bindung von Fachkräften im Portfolio (z. B. gezielte Recruiting-Roadmaps, Talent-Pools, Employer-Branding-Initiativen)
  • Verantwortung für die interne People-&-Organisation-Entwicklung bei AURELIUS Wachstumskapital (z. B. Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der AURELIUS Leadership Academy inkl. Curriculum, Programmdesign und Auswahl externer Partner, um Führungskräfte systematisch zu entwickeln)
  • Regelmäßige Vor-Ort-Begleitung der PortCos (Reisebereitschaft), um Umsetzung sicherzustellen, Stakeholder zu alignen und starke People-&-Organisation-Communities im Portfolio aufzubauen

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Bereich People & Organisation / HR auf Senior- oder Director-Level, idealerweise in einer mittelständischen Unternehmensgruppe
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Weiterentwicklung von HR-Strukturen (Organisation, Prozesse, Systeme, Governance) – idealerweise in multi-site- oder Portfoliostrukturen
  • Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Nachfolge- und Talentmanagementprozessen für Führungskräfte
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Recruiting-Themen; operative Recruiting-Expertise ist ein Plus, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Beratungserfahrung in einer renommierten Strategieberatung ist von Vorteil
  • Stark ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten: Du übersetzt HR-Daten, People-KPIs und Organisationsanalysen in klare Handlungspläne und priorisierst entlang von Impact und Machbarkeit
  • Souveränes Auftreten, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, ausgeprägte Umsetzungsorientierung sowie Freude an unternehmerischem Gestalten und dem Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Reisebereitschaft und Freude daran, vor Ort in den PortCos zu wirken und Management-Teams als Sparringspartner auf Augenhöhe zu begleiten
  • Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
