Für ein Fertigungsunternehmen im Großraum Frankfurt, eine Beteiligung der AURELIUS Wachstumskapital, suchen wir einen Kaufmännischen Leiter (m/w/d).

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Gesamtverantwortung für den kaufmännischen Bereich des Unternehmens (Rechnungswesen, Controlling, Treasury und Einkauf) mit direkter Berichtslinie an die Geschäftsführung
  • Sicherstellung „klassischer“ Finance‑Themen: fristgerechte Jahresabschlüsse (HGB), koordinierte Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern, sowie verlässliche Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines aussagekräftigen Fertigungscontrollings (Kalkulation, Deckungsbeiträge, Maschinenstundensätze, Produktivitätskennzahlen) zur Steuerung von Werk und Produktion
  • Professionalisierung von Reporting‑Strukturen: Gesellschafter‑Reporting an AURELIUS Wachstumskapital, Management‑Reports, Forecasts und Liquiditätsplanung
  • Verantwortung für Bankenmanagement und Treasury: Sicherstellung der Finanzierungsstruktur, Covenants im Blick behalten, aktives Cash‑ und Working‑Capital‑Management
  • Weiterentwicklung und Führung des bestehenden kaufmännischen‑Teams (4 Mitarbeiter) – fachlich wie persönlich – inklusive Aufbau klarer Prozesse, Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an M&A‑ und Buy-and-Build‑Aktivitäten des Unternehmens in Zusammenarbeit mit AURELIUS Wachstumskapital (z. B. Erstellung von Business Cases, Unterstützung bei Financial Due Diligence, Begleitung der Post‑Merger‑Integration aus Finance‑Sicht)
  • Sparringspartner der Geschäftsführung in betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen, Investitionsentscheidungen und strategischen Projekten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Einkauf, Vertrieb und externen Partnern, um Transparenz über Kostenstrukturen zu schaffen und Ergebnisverbesserungen voranzutreiben

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Controlling oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich eines mittelständischen Fertigungsunternehmens, idealerweise in leitender Funktion als Kaufmännischer Leiter, Head of Finance o. Ä.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit allen „klassischen“ Finance‑Themen: Jahresabschlüsse (HGB), Finanzbuchhaltung, Bankenmanagement, Treasury, Liquiditätsplanung und Reporting
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der schrittweisen Professionalisierung einer Finance‑Organisation (Strukturen, Prozesse, Systeme, Kennzahlen) in einem mittelständisch geprägten Umfeld
  • Ausgeprägte Kompetenz in der kaufmännischen Integration von Unternehmenszukäufen (Post‑Merger‑Integration, Harmonisierung von Prozessen, Systemen und Reportingstrukturen)
  • Expertise im Fertigungscontrolling
  • Souveränes Auftreten auf Augenhöhe mit Geschäftsführung, Gesellschaftern, Banken und Prüfern
  • Ausgeprägte Hands‑on‑Mentalität
  • Idealerweise Beratungshintergrund (z. B. Audit, Transaction Services, Performance Improvement) oder Erfahrung in einem Private‑Equity‑geprägten Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung in den gängigen Finanzsystemen (Navision/365 Business Central, Lucanet, Power BI und MS Office)
