Teamleiter Finanzen / Head of Finance (m/w/d)

Als Teamleiter Finanzen / Head of Finance übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Führungsrolle in der Finanzorganisation eines internationalen mittelständischen Unternehmens im Portfolio von AURELIUS. Die Unternehmensgruppe verfügt über Standorte in Europa sowie eine Präsenz in der Türkei und befindet sich in einer dynamischen Transformations- und Wachstumsphase.

In dieser Position verantworten Sie die Weiterentwicklung des gruppenweiten Controllings, der FP&A-Strukturen, des Reportings und des Cash Managements. Sie führen ein vier- bis sechsköpfiges Finance-Team und agieren als kompetenter Sparringspartner für die Geschäftsführung, den CFO und die operativen Einheiten an den internationalen Standorten.

Die Rolle bietet Finance Professionals die Möglichkeit, den nächsten Karriereschritt zu gehen, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen und die Finanzorganisation eines dynamischen Unternehmens aktiv weiterzuentwickeln.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Controlling, FP&A und Reporting

  • Verantwortung für das gruppenweite Controlling und FP&A über die europäischen Standorte sowie die Türkei
  • Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Budgetierungs-, Planungs- und Forecasting-Prozesse
  • Weiterentwicklung von KPI-Systemen und Management-Reports, inklusive Soll-Ist-Vergleichen, Abweichungsanalysen und Ad-hoc-Auswertungen
  • Aufbereitung von Business Cases, Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Management und CFO

Cash Management und Liquiditätssteuerung

  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines gruppenweiten Cash-Forecasting-Systems mit rollierenden Liquiditätsprognosen
  • Überwachung der Liquiditätssituation und frühzeitige Identifikation von Chancen und Risiken
  • Koordination, Analyse und Optimierung des Working Capitals über die verschiedenen Standorte hinweg mit den lokalen Finance-Teams

Führung und Teamentwicklung

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines vier- bis sechsköpfigen Finance-Teams
  • Coaching und Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder
  • Koordination der Finance- und Controlling-Aktivitäten über die internationalen Standorte hinweg

Transformation und Business Partnering

  • Sparringspartner für Geschäftsführung, CFO und operative Fachbereiche in finanz- und steuerungsrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Leitung und Umsetzung von Finance-Projekten und -Initiativen im Rahmen der Transformation sowie Harmonisierung und Standardisierung von Finanzprozessen
  • Übersetzung finanzieller Entwicklungen in konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen zur Unterstützung der Unternehmenssteuerung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finance oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Erfahrung in einem internationalen Industrieunternehmen, im dynamischen Mittelstand oder in einem PE-geprägten Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Planung, Forecasting, Reporting, Cash Management und Working-Capital-Steuerung
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit ERP- und Reporting-Systemen, idealerweise Power BI, Tableau oder vergleichbaren Tools
  • Gute HGB-Kenntnisse; IFRS-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytische, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise mit hoher Zahlen- und Ergebnisorientierung
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, proaktives Auftreten und ausgeprägte Umsetzungsstärke
  • Internationale Denkweise, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und interkulturelle Sensibilität
