Atender e negociar com clientes estratégicos de médio porte, redes regionais, atacado e revendedores para comercializar o portfólio da Auroracoop.Assegurar a execução dos KPIs nas negociações, atingindo metas quantitativas e qualitativas. Fortalecer resultados e relacionamentos com clientes.Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar visitas às lojas de suas contas, avaliando a execução e buscando subsídios para negociação junto à central;Atender e abrir novos clientes, respondendo pelo desenvolvimento de sua carteira de clientes;Realizar ações propostas pela empresa junto aos clientes objetivando fortalecer aumento de espaço dos pontos de vendas - PDVs.Criar um plano de contas (PDN/JBP), elaborando um plano tático com objetivos e ações.Planejar, junto com a área de Trade, a execução do calendário de ações promocionais e negociar a introdução de novos produtos da Aurora.Interagir com Promotores e Encarregados de Merchandising, buscando elementos para fortalecer as estratégias de venda.Acompanhar pedidos, estoque de segurança e parâmetros de compra dos clientes, utilizando ferramentas e informações fornecidas pelo cliente.Acompanhar o Sell Out das lojas de sua conta, evitando a ruptura de produtos, através da pesquisa de ruptura realizada pelos Promotores.Acompanhar o espaço Aurora nos pontos de vendas, por meio da leitura de loja e análise dos concorrentes.Efetuar o cadastro de novos produtos nas redes que compõem sua carteira de clientes.Implantar e acompanhar o desempenho das campanhas de vendas da Aurora.Avaliar o retorno sobre investimento das ações implementadas.Cumprir as metas e indicadores comerciais (Índice de Visita, Índice de Visita local, Índice de Aproveitamento de Visita, aderência, volume e positivação).Avaliar giro de vendas e estoque do cliente, realizando o contato com os promotores, incentivando o trabalho da equipe.* Zelar pelas Marcas da Aurora Coop junto aos clientes, trabalhando em conjunto com os mesmos para acelerar o giro dos produtos no Ponto de venda.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo;Habilidade com Pacote Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);Atuação prévia com atividades da área de vendas com atendimento a redes será considerado diferencial.Possuir carro, CNH e Seguro ativos.Informações adicionaisLocal de Trabalho: Grande Vitória/ESHorário: Seg. a Sex. 08h às 18hNa Aurora Coop você receberá os benefícios de:Plano de Saúde com mensalidade gratuita para colaboradoresPlano OdontológicoSeguro de VidaPrograma de Participação nos Resultados - PPRPremiação por Tempo de Serviço - PTSAuxílio AlimentaçãoVale RefeiçãoPrevidência Privada
