  • Conduct monitoring activities, identify issues and trends, and recommend proportionate corrective or remediation actions to General Advice Representatives and their People Leaders.
  • Maintain accurate records, registers, reporting and GRC evidence to support trustee obligations, regulatory expectations and timely incident closure.
  • Ccontribute to broader Advice Assurance activities, including advice file audits, licensee due diligence, advice fee escalations, advice fee reviews and assurance initiatives across advice channels.
  • Partner with internal teams, external advisers and licensees to improve advice quality, strengthen governance and support better member outcomes.
  • Provide leadership, coaching and subject matter expertise across the team, promoting continuous improvement and consistent application of the Members First ethos.

What you’ll need:

  • At least eight years’ experience in superannuation and financial services, with strong knowledge of the regulatory environment in which superannuation funds operate.
  • RG 146 competency, supported by current ongoing CPD, and familiarity with legislation and regulatory guidance relevant to General Advice for retail clients.
  • A relevant industry qualification, including a Diploma of Financial Planning; a tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline is desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing compliance or assurance processes, analysing trends, diagnosing issues and recommending actions that address root causes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the confidence to provide constructive advice, challenge and training to individuals and groups.
  • The ability to work independently, manage high-volume workflows and competing priorities, and maintain quality under tight deadlines or pressure.
  • High attention to detail, critical thinking, sound judgement and personal integrity when handling confidential or sensitive matters; experience with Kaplan Ontrack or assessing CPD materials will be well regarded.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
